Carefully pack your Berkey system and accessories in their original packaging, ensuring all components are dry and securely padded for transit.

Ship the Item

Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
